Brian Donovan has over 17 years of experience in education. He has been with Pearson since 2000 and prior to that worked as a classroom teacher for approximately six years. His specialty was working with students with both academic and behavioral special needs. He has also served in the United States Marine Corps active duty and reserve units as a Military Policeman. Ray Gaynor was a Bilingual and English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher prior to joining Pearson. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a Masters in Business Administration. As a Training and Development Specialist, Ray delivers training on ELLIS and SuccessMaker Enterprise and develops training content and recorded modules for both programs. He is a husband, father, little league coach, and enjoys hiking with his son’s Boy Scout troop. |

Melissa Wills was a classroom teacher and childrens librarian and storyteller for almost 10 years before coming to work for Pearson. Hunter Elam has over 11 years of experience in education. He has been a classroom mathematics and science teacher and computer lab instructor. Hunter has a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis in Middle School Math and Science. He has developed a number of online training modules as well as resources for tracking student performance for Pearson. Hunter has also coached middle school children in his community basketball league. In addition to his teaching certificate, Hunter also is a certified first responder, life guard, and water safety instructor. |
